Job Overview We are hiring!Spring is right around the corner, and we are excited to announce a seasonal position open at Char-Lin Farms!We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to help seasonally in the spring and fall during our busy times.Agriculture experience is preferable but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the industry, and training will be provided on site.A CDL is not required, but preference will be given to those with trucking experience.We offer competitive pay and on the job training. Pay is based on experience and will be paid hourly with overtime.While this is not a full-time position at this time, you will have the opportunity to work into a full-time position depending on fit.Duties<ul><li>Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops using farm machinery.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, forklifts, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including welding and basic mechanical troubleshooting.</li><li>Conduct general farm upkeep including equipment inspections, maintenance, and cleaning work areas.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Trucking experience preferred but not required.</li><li>Basic mechanical knowledge.</li><li>Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance.</li><li>Knowledge of Agriculture (Specifically Corn and Soybean Production).</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
