We are looking to hire an executive assistant for the leadership team at a leading Northeast Ohio psychiatric clinic. Someone with social media experience and energy and enthusiasm will make a great fit for this position. The job duties are as follows:<ul><li>Organizes the schedule of the CEO.</li><li>Reviews and prioritizes incoming information continuously throughout the day.</li><li>Alerts CEO to priority items, and facilitates completion of related tasks.</li><li>Accesses information from a variety of sources as needed.</li><li>Represents the CEO appropriately and greets visitors and patients and directs them appropriately.</li><li>Answer phones professionally, schedules appointments and take messages in a courteous and efficient fashion.</li><li>Reviews, prioritizes and responds, as appropriately, to emails and other electronic communications.</li><li>Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.</li><li>Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes in a timely fashion.</li><li>Receives, sorts, and routes mail and packages and maintains and routes publications in a timely fashion.</li><li>Arranging food for CEO, and scheduling and confirming site lunches.</li><li>Coordinating travel itineraries and trip arrangements.</li><li>Coordinating Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant student program.</li><li>Completing supply orders.</li><li>Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.</li><li>Perform all other assigned duties for the position as assigned.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Garfield Heights, OH 44125 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Garfield Heights, OH 44125: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
