Role Summary</h4><ul><li>
The Architect of Data: You will ensure our ERP system (Deltek Vantagepoint) remains the &quot;single source of truth&quot; for project delivery, scheduling, finance, reporting and people processes across our international business.</li><li>
Automation Driver: Working with key stakeholders, you will identify manual bottlenecks and implement automated solutions, including using Agentic AI and integrated workflows.</li><li>
Insight Creator: You will transform raw data into actionable intelligence by building and maintaining sophisticated dashboards.</li><li>

ERP Optimisation &amp; Automation</h6><ul><li>
Serve as the primary internal support for Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring the system reflects Charcoalblue&rsquo;s unique operating model and is used consistently across regions.</li><li>
Proactively identify opportunities for automation and integration with other tools (CRM, HRIS).</li><li>
Specifying and implementing ERP processes and automations to streamline routine tasks, data entry, and resource forecasting.</li><li>
Manage ERP upgrades, system configurations, and user permissions with a focus on scalability.</li></ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader">
Reporting &amp; Advanced Analytics</h6><ul><li>
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into project health, financial performance, and global resourcing.</li><li>
Partner with business unit leaders to interpret data patterns and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.</li><li>
Ensure data integrity through periodic audits, maintaining our high standards and ISO:9001 compliance.</li></ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader">

1+ years of experience in an ERP Coordinator, Analyst, or Support role. Direct experience with Deltek VantagePoint is highly desirable.</li><li>

This role is being offered as a permanent, full-time role.
Our standard full-time working week is forty (40) hours, flexible between 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday, with an understanding that flexible working hours will apply to meet our clients&rsquo; needs and to accommodate the company&rsquo;s global time zones. Charcoalblue does not provide for the payment of overtime. The nature of the job and the business could occasionally entail some work outside normal working hours.
Hybrid Model: A blend of home-working and regular studio-based collaboration in London or Bristol.

Description of Role</h4>
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with deep expertise in BIM software and model coordination to support delivery across our practice. You will be responsible for coordinating information models, owning BIM execution at a project level, and partnering with our internal project teams which can include theatre designers, lighting designers, stage equipment designers, and acousticians.
You will report to our BIM Manager, who will manage your project assignments and workload. You will meet regularly with your line manager to ensure you are fully supported in your role and, since theatre consultancy is a specialist field, we will provide role-specific inductions and ongoing training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Work as an integral part of Charcoalblue&rsquo;s BIM Team to deliver high quality BIM support across the practice, in line with industry standards.</li><li>
Assist the BIM Manager in coaching and development of BIM Assistants.</li><li>
Work with Project Team Leaders and other BIM team members to set up Charcoalblue Revit models on Autodesk Construction Cloud, and linking models as appropriate.</li><li>
Identify common Charcoalblue team mistakes in procedures &amp; modelling and use to generate &amp; enhance training process.</li><li>
Provide training on BIM software to consultants and provide ongoing support as required.</li><li>
Ensure application of Charcoalblue BIM standards on all projects.</li><li>
Mentor and coach BIM Assistants and designers; create and deliver targeted training sessions and reference guides.</li><li>
Liaise with Project Team Leaders and design team BIM managers to ensure team access on external hub projects.</li><li>
Contribute to project resource planning and programme sequencing for BIM tasks, flag risks and mitigations early.</li><li>
Represent Charcoalblue in BIM workshops with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors; provide clear technical guidance and negotiate resolution of coordination issues.</li><li>
Collaborate with external Design Team BIM coordinators</li><li>
Monitor clash detection processes as required by the project and pass information to our team.</li><li>
Share Charcoalblue models in Revit, Navisworks or IFC, as required; create Navisworks models for wider review as required.</li><li>
Manage CDE configurations and permissions in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC),</li><li>
Set up projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud / Forma and Revit and add users to projects on our internal hub.</li><li>
Support setting up views and sheets in Revit.</li><li>
Assist with management and maintenance of family libraries (currently hosted on Content Catalog).</li><li>
Provide additional drafting/modelling resources close to deadlines.</li><li>
Support project-specific requirements (COBie/Uniclass parameters; Revizto/BIM Track coordination tools).</li><li>
Develop, curate, and approve office-wide content Libraries.</li><li>
Evaluate, roll out, and manage tool updates (e.g., Content Catalog, DiRoots, Enscape).</li><li>
Provide pre-appointment BIM input to bids and fee proposals (scope, levels of information need, deliverables, risks, and assumptions).</li><li>
Assist in the development of QA/QC procedures for models and all other documentation</li><li>
Collaborate with external BIM teams to define and enforce model naming, status, revision and classif1ication conventions in line with ISO 19650 and Charcoalblue standards.</li><li>
Support internal and external audits for ISO 9001/19650 and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Be compliant in all procedures (aligned with ISO 19650) as per ISO:9001 standards.</li><li>
Uphold the quality standards of Charcoalblue as detailed within our ISO:9001 standard Quality Management System.</li></ul>
