What You Will Be Doing</b></h3>
<p>
As a Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing customer contracts, ensuring revenue is recognized in compliance with ASC 606, supporting monthly/quarterly close activities, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and FP&amp;A. You will also assist with audits, rebate programs, and tax considerations to maintain accuracy and compliance in reporting.</p>

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint</b></h3>
<ul><li>Review sales contracts and purchase orders to determine proper revenue recognition under ASC 606.</li>
<li>Manage revenue arrangements in NetSuite and monitor for missing or incorrect start/end dates.</li>
<li>Support monthly and quarterly revenue close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue deferrals.</li>
<li>Track deliverables for projects-based revenue and recognize revenue upon meeting milestones.</li>
<li>Monitor SaaS, hardware, and services revenue streams, ensuring accurate allocation based on standalone selling price (SSP).</li>
<li>Partner with Sales and Operations to resolve revenue coding issues (e.g., MISC SOFT codes).</li>
<li>Maintain audit-ready documentation for both external auditors and internal SOX controls.</li>
<li>Collaborate with FP&amp;A on revenue forecasting, partner rebates, and sales reserves accruals.</li>
<li>Assist in automation initiatives to streamline revenue reporting and compliance processes.</li>
<li>Ability to navigate complex contracts and apply revenue rules.</li>
<li>Experience balancing hardware and SaaS accounting treatment.</li>
<li>Confidence in supporting state and government-funded projects requiring special revenue handling.</li>
<li>Proactive approach to solving reconciliation issues and improving processes.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.</li>
<li>4 years of experience in revenue accounting, ideally in SaaS, hardware, or a technology environment.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition for multiple performance obligations.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and Salesforce.</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Experience with audits and SOX compliance a plus.</li>

  What You Will Be Doing

 As People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the entire employee life cycle handling a wide range of processes such as onboarding, compliance, transfers, salary changes, promotions and terminations. You will use the ChargePoint Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date, accurate and confidential. This person should have experience with HR policies, processes and employee benefits for US and India, and be willing to learn policies and processes for European countries.

  What You Will Bring To ChargePoint

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Support People-related processes and carry out critical transactions using tools such as UKG, Jira, for end-to-end employee life cycle (i.e. new hire onboarding, employee transfers, job and data changes, compensation adjustments, and off-boarding).
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data changes, and benefits and compensation details.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to onboarding and off-boarding efforts&mdash;support new hire orientation program, buddy program
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage internal records and documentation and perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, completeness, and compliance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supporting queries related to 401k, Cobra, I-9 documentation, Open Enrolment for US
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide high-touch, timely employee support by overseeing and responding to employee questions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Find opportunities to implement both tactical and innovative solutions to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and administer adhoc key People Operations projects and processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with cross-functional team members (Legal, Finance, Payroll, and IT) and partners to cultivate strong working relationships.
