POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to promote Charisma Media&rsquo;s books, authors and brand across digital channels and combines technical marketing expertise with a passion for ministry and publishing. This role is hands-on and strategic and supports the growth of our ecommerce sales, author reach, and digital engagement.
Please note that this position requires on-site work at our Lake Mary, Florida office, so we are only seeking candidates who are local or able to work in-person full-time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns to support book launches and evergreen promotions</li><li>
Manage paid advertising across Meta, Google, Amazon, YouTube, and TikTok platforms</li><li>
Create and monitor campaign calendars in alignment with release schedules and seasonal priorities</li><li>
Collaborate with authors and internal stakeholders to build compelling campaigns that reflect both audience insight and spiritual impact</li></ul>
Email &amp; Content Marketing<ul><li>
Oversee email marketing strategy including automation, segmentation, and list growth</li><li>
Write or manage production of email copy, landing page content, and social media assets</li><li>
Coordinate the creation of digital assets with the creative team to maintain brand consistency</li></ul>
Analytics &amp; Optimization<ul><li>
Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and CAC</li><li>
Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to optimize campaign performance</li><li>
Conduct A/B tests to improve audience targeting, copy effectiveness, and creative assets</li></ul>
Author &amp; Influencer Support<ul><li>
Work with authors and ministry partners to maximize exposure and impact for new releases</li><li>
Provide toolkits, content, and consultation to empower author marketing efforts</li></ul>
Website &amp; Ecommerce Integration<ul><li>
Coordinate updates to product pages and campaign landing pages in Shopify or retail partners.</li><li>
Monitor SEO performance, recommend improvements, and ensure strong UX for book buyers</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
3&ndash;5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in publishing, ecommerce, or ministry-related organizations</li><li>
Demonstrated proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Shopify/WordPress</li><li>
Strong copywriting and content planning skills for Christian audiences</li><li>
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret marketing analytics and performance reports</li><li>
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously</li><li>
Personal alignment with Charisma Media&rsquo;s faith-based mission and values</li><li>
Familiarity with Christian audiences, influencers, and ministries</li><li>
Prior experience managing book or product launches</li><li>
Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation systems</li><li>
Understanding of online sales funnels and lead generation strategies</li></ul>
LANGUAGE &amp; COMMUNICATION SKILLS<ul><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li></ul>

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Location: On-site at our Corporate Office, located at 1150 Greenwood Blvd, Suite 1000, Lake Mary, FL. 
Schedule: Monday &ndash; Friday | 8:30 AM &ndash; 5:30 PM 
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000/year.
