Job Description 
Shift and Schedule:
6am-2pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime &amp; weekends as needed.
The Role:
Rogge is looking for a Warehouse Dry Order Selector. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, team-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Particular attention must be given to safety, accuracy, quality and timeliness.
Primary responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Ensures weekly dry grocery orders are put up on time and accurately</li><li>
Sorts and labels incoming vendor receivables according to PO Dock Copy/Pick Tickets</li><li>
Consolidates sorted and labeled receivables to customer orders</li><li>
Picks grocery orders according to pick ticket with an emphasis on accuracy</li><li>
Fills out pick tickets accurately and on time</li><li>
Builds high-quality pallets for shipment over the water and/or road, to remote areas of Alaska</li><li>
Ensures weekly Rogge grocery orders are shipped accurately and on-time</li><li>
Participates in counting and double-checking counts for month-end inventory every month</li><li>
Assists other warehouse areas when dry work is complete</li><li>
Maintains a clean and organized work environment</li><li>
All employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager, supervisor, or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food quality</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Required Skills and Experience<ul><li>
Must have the ability to work under pressure and tight time lines</li><li>
Must have intermediate English skills (reading/writing/speaking)</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>
Strong attention to detail</li><li>
Positive attitude and high level of effort</li><li>
Ability to work in frozen (-10 F) and refrigerated (36 F) environments</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 70lbs</li><li>
Basic math skills</li><li>
Team Player</li></ul>
Preferred Skills and Experience<ul><li>
Some warehouse experience</li><li>
Riding pallet jack and/or forklift experience</li><li>
Grocery experience</li><li>
Produce experience</li></ul>
