Position Overview:</h3>

Join our dedicated nursing team at Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center, where compassionate care meets professional growth. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality, resident-centered nursing care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Procure and manage prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as required.
</li>
<li>Implement and execute individualized care plans to meet residents' unique health needs.
</li>
<li>Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and efficiently.
</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident observations, interventions, and assessments.
</li>
<li>Safeguard the privacy and rights of residents, their families, and colleagues in accordance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.
</li>
<li>Previous experience in skilled nursing care is highly preferred.
</li>
<li>Strong clinical skills combined with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
</li>
