The Print Workflow Coordinator under general supervision, performs complex work with minimal decision-making discretion related to digital file preparation and production workflow as well as managing the Graphic Production Center's digital storefront, including monitoring incoming service requests and executing technical pre-flight procedures to ensure all files meet print readiness standards. Employee performs district-level work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of the Creative Services Manager.</p><br>

Essential Functions</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures</li>
<li>Administer web-based storefront functionality and requests for services (client facing)</li>
<li>Perform advanced technical tasks and preflight functions as needed to ensure print readiness of customer-based files</li>
<li>Identify and correct client submitted files ensuring technical specifications are met (such as file format, color, fonts, image resolution, etc.)</li>
<li>Proof files to ensure accuracy and quality before final production</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow</li>
<li>Create and maintain electronic catalogs of customer files</li>
<li>Provide in-house technical support (hardware and software)</li>
<li>Provide consistent, high quality customer service and offer solutions</li>

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of principles and practices of public schools</li>
<li>Knowledge of county and school board policies, procedures, and standards</li>
<li>Knowledge of and experience in graphic arts within the printing industry</li>
<li>Knowledge of web-based submission and management information software</li>
<li>Knowledge of digital workflow within a print facility</li>
<li>Skilled in attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment</li>
<li>Skilled in computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suites</li>
<li>Ability to perform professional level graphic design, preflight functions, and manipulation of client submitted files</li>

The budget analyst for state and federal programs, under general supervision, performs complex work with minimal decision-making discretion supporting the financial/business processes related to the development and communication of state and federal program budgets including English Language Learner (ELL), Multilingual Learner (ML), Pre-K, Career and Technical Education(CTE), Exceptional Children (EC), Restart schools, and Charter School payments. Position provides technical expertise and support to provide high quality services to families, students, schools and departments. Employee performs district-level work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of Executive Director of Federal Programs.</p><br>

<li>Contribute to the development and administration of annual operating, capital, and department-wide budget for federally and state funded programs</li>
<li>Provide support in managing the state and federal budgets processes including compiling data, researching past expenditures and making budgetary recommendations; monitor and track expenditures ensuring the department remains withing budget allocations; develop spending plans</li>
<li>Review/monitor budget allocations and expenditures for compliance with federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and grants</li>
<li>Compile moderately complex financial reports and assist in developing presentations</li>
<li>Perform fiscal impact analyses to inform revenue and expenditures forecasting</li>
<li>Respond to budget related inquiries, and advise on policies and procedures for state and federal budget development and compliance</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings, prepare/distribute materials for conferences and lectures; develop marketing and training materials, focusing on improved communications and services</li>
<li>Perform technical or specialized projects requiring independent judgment and detailed knowledge of the activities and procedures related to the department</li>
<li>Respond to state and federal budget related inquiries, and advise on policies and procedures for budget development and compliance</li>
<li>Complete local, state, or federal surveys and reports accurately and promptly</li>
<li>Participate in professional development workshops and other meetings</li>
