 About The Role
 
 
 
 The role encompasses the full data science stack, from project scoping to deployment and performance monitoring.
 
 
 The Data Science team drives the use of data, machine learning &amp; AI to enhance internal decision-making and creates hyper-personalised customer experiences. Team members tackle diverse business challenges and explore various modelling paradigms. This dynamic environment provides ample opportunities for on-the-job development. The role focuses on optimising marketing spend, content, personalisation, and AI, positioning the right candidate as a key driver of our ambitious goals.
 
 
 
 As a Data Scientist you will
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Sourcing and processing data using domain-specific/agnostic techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Analysing data to support ad-hoc business decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Running proof-of-concepts to test feasibility and value
 </li>
 <li>
 Building and deploying production-ready machine learning models
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring model performance for long-term accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Being at the forefront of integrating LLMs across the business, driving innovation and efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing stakeholders to balance ambitious goals with achievable outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing, presenting, and discussing insights with the wider business
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with other data scientists, analysts, and engineers
 
 
 </li>

 About You

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in data science roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative problem-solving and solution scoping
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong grasp of mathematical, statistical concepts, and machine learning algorithms
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Keras)
 </li>
 <li>
 SQL proficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud Platform)
 </li>
 <li>
 Version control management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication and data storytelling skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative mindset and passion for sharing knowledge
 
 
 </li>
