Program Structure:
<ul><li>Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.</li><li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.</li><li>
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.</li><li>
Planning and organizational skills.</li><li>
Time management skills.</li><li>
Attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to succeed in a team environment.</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple tasks.</li></ul>
Preferred Experience:
<ul><li>Experience with HRIS systems.</li><li>
Prior customer service or HR experience.</li><li>
Familiarity with HR practices, employment law, and/or continuous improvement methodologies.</li><li>
Exposure to data visualization tools or reporting systems.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Focus On:<ul><li>
Support administration of performance management, leadership development, and OJT programs.</li><li>
Assist with HR projects including benefits, reporting, and event coordination.</li><li>
Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Contribute to dashboards, reports, and leadership updates.</li><li>
Document and improve HR and Talent Operations processes for consistency and efficiency.</li><li>
Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and communications.</li><li>
Develop communication materials to support HR programs and process changes.</li><li>
Research HR best practices, technologies, and continuous improvement opportunities.</li></ul>
