<div>The Substitute teacher temporarily takes over classroom instruction and management in the absence of the regular teacher. They maintain an inclusive classroom atmosphere, and support students&rsquo; educational progress across various grade levels and subjects. Substitute teachers may be contacted for same-day, short-term, or long-term assignments, depending on school needs. This is a part-time position, and Substitutes are utilized on an as-needed basis. 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Deliver instruction according to lesson plans left by the classroom teacher.</li><li>
Manage classroom behavior in alignment with school policies and expectations.</li><li>
Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, playground, and other assigned areas.</li><li>
Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all learners.</li><li>
Adapt to different grade levels, subject areas, and instructional needs as assigned.</li><li>
Record attendance and report any incidents, concerns, or issues to school administration.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administrators.</li><li>
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Pass applicable background check</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
Active or expired educator&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Previous classroom or childcare experience</li></ul>
