Good negotiation skills.Work Description:We are seeking an accomplished Procurement Engineer for a full-time position at our Dubai Headquarters.As a Procurement Engineer, you will be responsible for:&middot; Arranging all procurement-related works for all project sites.&middot; Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments.&middot; Review project specifications, BOQs, and drawings to develop procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.&middot; Identify, pre-qualify, and manage a reliable supplier and subcontractor database.&middot; Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to achieve best value.&middot; Ensure all materials and equipment comply with project specs and international standards (e.g., ASTM, ANSI, IEC).&middot; Review the technical catalogs, fabrication drawings, and prepare the material submittals.&middot; Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.&middot; Update management on procurement status, risks, and cost savings achieved.&middot; Any other related skills.Requirements:&middot; Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Construction Procurements as a Procurement Engineer.&middot; Knowledge of project specifications and material submittal management.&middot; Expertise in MS Office, AutoCAD, and strong procurement skills.&middot; Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills.&middot; Strong communication skills with the suppliers and strong management of all procurement activities of the projects.send your CV to: hr@chc.ae with subjectJob Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
