Chartwell Agency is looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer with a strong branding foundation across web design, video production &amp; editing, and traditional deliverables. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a creative leader who can concept, design, and execute high-impact visual experiences across digital and offline channels.This role combines high-level brand thinking with hands-on execution across web design, video productions, and core brand deliverables. While mentoring team members and elevating overall creative standards.Key Responsibilities:Creative &amp; Concept Development<ul><li>Lead visual concepting for campaigns across web, social, video, and print.</li><li>Translating client and internal business objectives into compelling creating strategies that meet demands and expectations.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.</li><li>Present creative work clearly and confidently to stakeholders.</li></ul>Web Design &amp; Digital Experience<ul><li>Design responsive, user-centered web experiences (landing pages, microsite, UI systems).</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.</li><li>Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.</li><li>Optimize design systems for performance, accessibility, and scalability.</li></ul>Video Production &amp; Editing<ul><li>Concept, storyboard, and produce video content for marketing, product, and brand storytelling.</li><li>Direct shoots (on-site or remote), including lighting, framing, and audio capture.</li><li>Acquisition skills are a plus!</li><li>edit high-quality video content including motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.</li><li>Produce assets for social media, ads, events, and internal communications.</li></ul>Traditional &amp; Brand Deliverables<ul><li>Design &amp; production work of print materials (brochures, sales decks, event collateral, packaging).</li><li>Develop and maintain brand guidelines.</li><li>Create campaign toolkits adaptable across channels.</li><li>Oversee vendor coordination for print production when needed.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and leaderships teams.</li><li>Facilitation strong collaboration and communication across the internal, vendor, and client teams, including leading client meetings and project discovery sessions.</li><li>Assisting in defining the scope of projects and estimating and managing client budgets.</li><li>Track and report time and budgets.</li><li>Creating and driving multiple project plans and timelines to ensure that key projects milestones are met, projects move efficiently through the creative process, and final deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.</li></ul>Qualifications:Required Experience<ul><li>5+ years of professional design experience in-house or agency.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating: Modern, conversion-focused web design, professional-level video production and editing, high-end brand and print collateral.</li><li>Proven experience leading creative projects end-to-end.</li></ul>Technical skills<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in : Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro/After Effects (or equivalent video tools), Wordpress.</li><li>Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.</li><li>Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.</li><li>Knowledge of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS understanding preferred).</li><li>Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Highly organized and detail oriented.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li><li>Proactive problem solver with strong ownership mentality.</li></ul>Salary Range: $65,000-$72,000 based on skills and experienceWe offer a competitive salary, a business casual work environment, and excellent benefits.
