Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Shadowing/Training</b> - You'll train, role-play and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent.</li><li><b>
Lead Generation</b> - You'll take the opportunity to execute our Chase Group lead generation systems weekly, elevating your lead generation skillset.</li><li><b>
Open Houses</b> - Combine your warm and inviting personality with our proven support to hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings.</li><li><b>
Communication </b>- Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments.</li><li><b>
Script Training </b>- You'll join in weekly script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills.</li><li><b>
Teamwork </b>- You'll participate in exciting team activities that foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.</li><li><b>
Coaching/Training</b> - To support your growth, we offer weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging trainings, and Partner Calls where you can share your insights and learn from others.</li><li><b>
Consultation </b>- Using proven systems and technology, you'll work directly with our buyers to guide them through the home buying process with expert care and confidence.</li><li><b>
Home Selection</b> - You'll identify homes that meet your clients' needs, and secure signed buyer agreements, securing them find their perfect place to call home.</li><li><b>
Negotiation</b> - leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients goals.</li><li><b>
Done For You </b>- take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Buyer's Agent to close a transaction.</li><li><b>

Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.</li><li>
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.</li><li>
Conduct open houses.</li><li>
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.</li><li>
Participate in weekly script practice.</li><li>
Participate in team activities (always fun events or trips)</li><li>
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call</li></ul><p>
