Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician to join our dynamic team. As a Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems with precision and professionalism. This paid position is ideal for individuals eager to apply their technical skills and grow within a reputable organization committed to excellence.Duties<ul><li>Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and renovation settings using schematics and blueprints.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, construction drawings, and technical manuals to execute projects accurately.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment to diagnose electrical issues effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with construction teams on site to perform tasks as needed for electrical installations.</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems while adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.</li><li>Assist with schematic reading and interpretation for complex wiring diagrams during installation or troubleshooting phases.</li><li>Support renovation projects by updating or replacing existing electrical infrastructure efficiently.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including incident reports and inspection logs.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings with strong knowledge of NEC standards.</li><li>Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams essential for accurate installations.</li><li>Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment confidently.</li><li>Construction site experience demonstrating ability to work safely in dynamic environments while managing multiple tasks.</li><li>Strong understanding of NEC regulations governing electrical work across various project types.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills combined with meticulous attention to detail during troubleshooting procedures.
