Chastain&rsquo;s Human Resource (HR) Department is responsible for managing the firms most important asset, its PEOPLE! HR supports the full employee lifecycle, ensures compliance with labor laws, fosters a positive workplace culture and aligns workforce strategies with business goals.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Recruitment and Staffing</b></div><div><ul><li>
Help Chastain attract, screen, hire and onboard qualified employees, including new hire training.</li><li>
Manage of job postings, scheduling and coordination of interviews.</li><li>
Career fair coordination</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Employee Relations</b></div><div><ul><li>
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.</li><li>
Promote a respectful, inclusive and productive work environment.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Compensation and Benefits</b></div><div><ul><li>
Administer timesheet posting and payroll, benefits and incentive/performance programs, in conjunction with the accounting department.</li><li>
Continuous training and coordination of info on Chastain support modules to keep up-to-date internal employee info, including the Employee Handbook and Chastain&rsquo;s career section of our website.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Performance Management</b></div><div><ul><li>
Support the performance review process.</li><li>
Assist with goal setting, coaching and development training</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Training and Development</b></div><div><ul><li>
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development.</li><li>
Assist management in supporting leadership development and succession planning.</li><li>
Coordination of education and training of staff.</li><li>
Schedule internal Lunch and Learns between presenters, staff and admin.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Policy &amp; Compliance</b></div><div><ul><li>
Develop, implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
HR Records and Systems</b></div><div><ul><li>
Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.</li><li>
Protect confidentiality and data integrity.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Reports and Collaboration</b></div><div><ul><li>
Works closely with management and employees at all levels.</li><li>
Collaborate with finance and operations as needed.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
