Job Title: Video Editor (Reels &amp; Social Content) Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Company: Chatterbox Technoligies LtdAbout the Role We&rsquo;re looking for a talented Video Editor. In this role, you will work closely with creators, talent managers, and internal teams to edit high-impact, platform-first reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels.If you understand creator tone, trends, hooks, pacing, and what makes scroll-stopping content &mdash; this role is for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit high-quality, engaging reels for creators across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, tech, and entertainment categories.</li><li>Maintain each creator&rsquo;s unique voice, tone, and visual style while elevating video quality.</li><li>Create fast-paced, trend-aligned cuts with strong storytelling and clean transitions.</li><li>Add music, captions, motion graphics, effects, and colour correction as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with creators and talent managers to understand brief, timelines, and objectives.</li><li>Adapt edits based on platform best practices and evolving creator trends.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.</li><li>Organise and maintain raw footage, project files, and version control.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience editing reels/short-form and Long-form content (agency/creator-first experience preferred).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.</li><li>Understanding of what performs well on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.</li><li>Ability to adapt editing style to different creators and content categories.</li><li>Strong sense of pacing, narrative flow, and visual aesthetics.</li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-moving creator ecosystem.</li><li>Portfolio/showreel of past short-form edits is a must.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Love About Working at Chtrbox<ul><li>Work directly with top creators &amp; emerging talent across India.</li><li>Fast-paced, collaborative, creator-centric environment.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within content production and creator strategy teams.</li><li>Exposure to leading brands and high-visibility campaigns.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
