Job Description &ndash; HR Intern Company: iTalent Consultant Management Type: Internship PPO: Performance-Based Pre-Placement Offer availableAbout the RoleWe are hiring an enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, and documentation activities. Candidates who show exceptional performance during the internship will be eligible for a Performance-Based PPO for a full-time HR role.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls.</li><li>Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.</li></ul>2. HR Operations<ul><li>Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.</li><li>Maintain employee data, attendance, and HR MIS.</li><li>Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR forms.</li><li>Handle daily administrative and HR coordination tasks.</li></ul>3. Employee Engagement<ul><li>Assist in planning internal activities and engagement events.</li><li>Conduct surveys, feedback collection, and maintain engagement reports.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Help maintain employee files and statutory records.</li><li>Support audits, policy updates, and data confidentiality.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR (or related field).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR functions &amp; recruitment.</li><li>Good command of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently.</li></ul>Performance-Based PPO CriteriaCandidates may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on:<ul><li>Consistent performance and task completion</li><li>Quality of work and professionalism</li><li>Attendance, punctuality, and discipline</li><li>Contribution to team and HR projects</li><li>Positive feedback from managers</li></ul>What You Will Gain<ul><li>End-to-end HR exposure (Recruitment + HR Operations).</li><li>Opportunity to work in a consulting environment.</li><li>Certificate of Internship.</li><li>Performance-Based PPO for a full-time HR role.</li><li>Real-time experience in corporate HR processes.</li></ul>Job Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;8,086.00 - &#8377;21,738.59 per monthWork Location: In person
