<div>Objective: The Operations Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day site operations across Quality Control, Warehouse, After Sales Service, and Facilities. Convert enterprise goals into layered KPIs and daily behaviors, enforce SOPs and visual management, and deliver safe, accurate, on time fulfillment. Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers while managing the freight and site expense budget through disciplined variance tracking. Partner closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution.

Operations Leadership:<ul><li>
Bring deep warehouse and operations experience with Lean, visual management, standard work, and tiered daily management. Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and cost using A3, PDCA, and verified effectiveness checks.</li><li>
Drive operational discipline by turning cross functional issues into clear owners, due dates, and countermeasures, and report status.</li><li>
Build and lead the development of comprehensive SOPs for operation team to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.</li><li>
Lead QC team to ensure product quality, reliability and turnaround time.</li><li>
Lead Customer Service, Technicians, and Spare Parts team to improve after sales turnaround and customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Partner with the supply chain to improve vendor quality performance.</li><li>
Oversee facility maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and productive environment.</li><li>
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to run a disciplined demo program, including check in and check out, refurbishment, availability, and event readiness.</li><li>
Partner with Purchasing and Sales to manage product lifecycle and reduce excess, slow-moving, and refurbished inventory. The candidate is required to understand the fundamentals of supply chain management.</li><li>
Partner with IT to improve system configuration and data integrity in ERP and WMS.<ul><li>
Preferred: experience implementing visual boards and dashboards that enable tiered huddles, KPI tracking, and variance reviews.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>
Warehouse Operations:<ul><li>
Oversee all warehousing functions, including receiving, putaway, inventory control, picking, shipping, and logistics. Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety throughout the warehouse.</li><li>
Manage outbound freight performance, costs, and carrier relationships.</li><li>
Manage RMA logistics and spare parts inventory.</li><li>
Maintain and optimize demo inventory pools for tradeshows and marketing events.</li><li>
Run RFQs with freight forwarders, select carriers based on service, cost, and reliability, and own freight damage and loss claims through resolution and recovery.</li><li>
Experience using TMS to rate shop and select modes, generate labels and documentation, execute EDI with carriers, track and trace shipments, and run freight audit and pay, integrating workflows with ERP and WMS to enforce ship cutoffs and manage exceptions.</li></ul></li><li>
Business Acumen<ul><li>
Demonstrates strong business acumen and makes data-driven tradeoffs that balance service, cost, and risk.</li><li>
Manages the facility&rsquo;s operating and headcount budgets effectively, and partners with Finance on monthly variance reviews, forecasting, and accruals.</li><li>
Owns the freight and expense budget, uses RFQs and performance data to select carriers and vendors, and drives savings without degrading service.</li></ul></li></ul> 
Education and/or Experience:<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in operations and warehouse management, preferably in a distribution, service, or technical support environment.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management or Engineering.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience creating and implementing SOPs to improve operational performance.</li><li>
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.</li><li>
Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and quality control.</li><li>
Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics.</li><li>
Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems.</li><li>
Experience with OSHA 30 and IATA/DOT DG requirements</li><li>
Experience managing tradeshow/demo inventory or similar environments (preferred)</li></ul> 
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to ten pounds without assistance and at times up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers and other peripherals. The employee may be exposed to bright lights from product fixtures.</div>
