CHC has been a critical part of Ohio&rsquo;s efforts to treat and prevent substance use disorders since 1974.<br>

We are currently looking for a full time Medical Billing Representative to work in our busy addiction treatment center, Monday through Friday.</div>
<div></div><div>The Billing Representative&rsquo;s duties include:</div>
<ul><li>Intake admissions</li>
<li>Work claim denials</li>
<li>Process corrected claims</li>
<li>Work with payers to resolve unpaid claims and ensure reimbursement of highest allowable revenue per contract</li>
<li>Follow-through on claim status</li>
<li>Problem solving</li>
<li>Account reconciliation</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Minimum Requirements:</b> High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years in similar position. Must have strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment and be detail oriented. Must have experience in all facets of Medicare, Medicaid and insurance billing (electronic).</div>

Medical Billing Representative

We are currently looking for a motivated, conscientious and dedicated full-time Maintenance Assistant to helps to maintain CHC Facilities.<br>
<br>
<b>Duties Include:</b></div>
<ul><li>Maintains CHC parking lots by removing snow, leaves and other debris, trash pick-up, etc.</li>
<li>Light maintenance to include, light bulb changes, window cleaning, furniture repair, office and equipment moves, restock supplies.</li>
<li>Pressure washing CHC buildings and walkways as directed by supervisor.</li>
<li>Housing &ndash; unit clean out and preparing units for MIR (move in ready) including painting and cleaning as needed</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining landscaping as needed</li>
</ul><div><b>Starting rate of pay: </b>$17.00</div>
<div>Although the normal schedule will be 7:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday, there may be occasional evening and weekend hours as projects or emergencies arise.<br>
<br>
<b>Minimum Requirements</b>: Must have High School Diploma. Must have the ability to lift and carry large objects. Must have a good driving record and a valid Ohio Driver&rsquo;s license.</div>
