We partner with leading fashion and beauty brands to deliver innovative TikTok Shop livestreaming operations, visual design solutions, and social media marketing strategies that drive measurable results.Position SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Visual Designer who can take full ownership of CHC&rsquo;s TikTok livestream studio environment &mdash; from concept design to physical setup and decoration. This role requires both creative design skills and the ability to physically assemble and install studio elements such as backdrops, lighting, and d&eacute;cor.The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, practical problem-solving skills, and experience working in fast-paced creative environments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, plan, and physically set up TikTok livestream studios, including d&eacute;cor, layout, lighting, and background visuals.</li><li>Create studio mockups and visual plans for brand approval; revise designs based on brand feedback.</li><li>Produce livestream overlays, promotional graphics, banners, and simple motion graphics or video snippets.</li><li>Assist with on-site setup, d&eacute;cor assembly, prop arrangement, and visual styling before shoots.</li><li>Support social media content design and publishing, ensuring visuals align with brand tone and aesthetics.</li><li>Collaborate closely with livestream, marketing, and operations teams to maintain consistent brand visuals.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Art, Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and creative styling abilities (portfolio submission required).</li><li>Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic motion tools (After Effects or Premiere).</li><li>Comfortable with hands-on work such as assembling props, mounting signage, or adjusting lighting fixtures.</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple design tasks under tight deadlines.</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship available).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in livestreaming, fashion, beauty, or studio production.</li><li>Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other social media e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Basic knowledge of lighting, camera angles, and set composition.</li><li>Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (&#26222;&#36890;&#35805;) is highly preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay and performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Opportunities to design and build creative spaces for global fashion and beauty brands.</li><li>Collaborative, multicultural, and dynamic work environment.</li><li>Career growth in a rapidly expanding digital commerce company.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, ContractPay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
