Job Title: Financial AssistantJob Type: Full-time / RemoteSalary: $4.00 - $6.00 per hour (Based on experience)Schedule: Mst TimeAbout the RoleWe are a fast-paced Real Estate Brokerage looking for a detail-oriented Financial Assistant to support our daily operations. You will be responsible for maintaining clean books, managing commission structures, and providing high-level administrative support to the Broker.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all company income and expenses.Commission Tracking: Calculate and track agent commissions and split structures.Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel functions to create financial reports and market analysis.Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow statements and P&amp;L reports.Audit Support: Ensure all financial documentation is organized and compliant with brokerage standards.Bank Reconciliation: Match and verify all incoming payments and bank transactions against our internal ledgers and financial software. You will ensure that payments received in our bank accounts is accurately recorded in our systems to maintain up-to-date and precise financial records.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Required).Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration.Previous experience working within a Real Estate Brokerage is a major plus.Language: High proficiency in written and verbal English.Do you have experience working in a Real Estate Brokerage?Job Type: Full-timePay: $4.00 - $6.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
