 We&rsquo;re looking for a versatile, engaging team member to join us in a
 
 hybrid Barista + Play Attendant role
 
 . This position blends hospitality, beverage craftsmanship, and hands-on guest experience. You&rsquo;ll primarily operate as a
 
 Barista on weekends
 
 and a
 
 Play Attendant on weekdays
 
 , supporting both sides of the business.
 
 
 
 Role Structure
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Weekends: Barista (caf&eacute; operations, beverage execution, guest service)
 </li>
 <li>
 Weekdays: Play Attendant (floor supervision, cleaning, guest support)
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability Requirements:
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to work 1&ndash;2 weekday opening shifts (10:00 AM start)
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have flexibility to be called in during weekdays based on business needs
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 As a Barista (Weekends):
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Craft high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and precision
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a premium customer experience&mdash;engage warmly and build relationships with guests
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked caf&eacute; environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Support register transactions, food prep, and opening/closing procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold quality standards across all beverages and menu items
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 As a Play Attendant (Weekdays):
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee the play floor to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively clean and reset play areas, seating areas, and shared spaces
 </li>
 <li>
 Support opening procedures for the facility (10 AM shifts)
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with families, answer questions, and ensure a positive guest experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with daily operational needs and step in where needed
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, caf&eacute;, or customer-facing roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong customer service mindset with an engaging, friendly personality
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask across caf&eacute; and floor operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with opening shifts and variable scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Food Handler&rsquo;s Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Bonus Points If You Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Specialty coffee or barista experience (espresso, latte art, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with children or in family-focused environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of specialty beverages, alternative milks, or wellness drinks
 </li>
 <li>
 RBS certification (for future beer &amp; wine service)
