Checkout.com is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the Accounts Payable Team based in the UK, reporting to the Senior Accounts Payable &amp; Procurement Operations Manager. You will be managing invoices and queries for the Accounts Payable function for several Checkout.com entities.

How you&rsquo;ll make an impact<ul><li>
 Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external inquiries, ensuring compliance with the department&rsquo;s service level agreements (SLAs).</li><li> 
Accurately process invoices, credit notes, and payments in accordance with company policies and within agreed SLAs.</li><li> 
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain invoice approvals and resolve queries efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to payment cycles.</li><li> 
Prepare and execute weekly supplier payment runs as well as ad hoc payments as required, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.</li><li> 
Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements to ensure alignment and resolve discrepancies proactively.</li><li> 
Contribute to month-end close processes, including preparation of bank reconciliations and relevant AP-related entries.</li><li> 
Support the finance team by preparing weekly cash flow forecasts for assigned entities.</li><li> 
Maintain adherence to key AP controls to reduce financial and operational risks.</li></ul>

The Role
In Enterprise Technical Account Management (TAM), you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction by resolving their technical issues, optimizing their payment solutions and delivering exceptional service with your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for technical matters.</li><li>

Product Feedback: Act as a conduit between clients and internal teams, gathering customer feedback, documenting feature requests, and providing client derived insights to enable continuous improvement of our product roadmap.</li><li>
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the payments landscape, sharing relevant insights with clients to help them navigate the evolving landscape.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
4+ years of experience in a technical role with experience managing internal and external stakeholders. This ideally includes effective presentation skills.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Economics, Statistics) is desirable or equivalent practical experience in internet technologies and technical processes.</li><li>
Familiarity with Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks (3DS, SCA, AVS, MIT)</li><li>
Familiarity with API-based integration methods and related tools/frameworks</li><li>
Familiarity with front and back end technologies (i.e. JavaScript, CSS, HTML etc)</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Knowledge of payments technology, compliance standards, and security protocols related to payments (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2) is a plus.</li><li>

At Checkout.com we are scaling our Sales organisation, and we are looking for a talented Data Analyst to help manage and improve the way we calculate and communicate commissions paid to sales employees. As a member of the Sales Operations team, this role will report to the Senior Manager in Incentive Design, working closely with Finance, Commercial, and People teams.
How You&rsquo;ll Make An Impact:<ul><li>
Support the end to end process for calculating commissions payouts</li><li>
Develop and update the process as new requirements arise</li><li>
Use Data analytics to draw insights into sales performance</li><li>
Audit and validate the commissions payouts at the end of each calendar quarter.</li><li>
Provide accurate and detailed information to the payroll team</li><li>
Resolve any errors or issues that may arise during the payout process and explain them clearly to leadership</li><li>

Job Description
An Analyst I within the Risk Monitoring Team is responsible to execute the day to day operations based on the relevant policies and processes, to support the risk assessment and monitoring of our global e-commerce merchants&rsquo; portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing alerts generated by our in-house monitoring tools, performing analyses, liaising with internal/external stakeholders with the results of your findings and documenting the results of your investigation on our case management tool. Through the reviews you may identify and should be on the lookout for potentially fraudulent merchants and genuine merchants being victims of fraud and seek to mitigate risks in both scenarios. Perform background checks on merchants, leveraging internal tools and external resources to assess merchants&rsquo; businesses.</li><li>

Job Description
An AML Monitoring analyst is responsible to execute the day to day operations based on the relevant policies and processes, with a view to mitigate AML risk through review of merchant activity monitoring. IIn this role, you will be responsible for reviewing generated alerts on a rule based system, performing analysis, liaising with internal/external stakeholders with the results of your findings and documenting the results of your investigation on the tool as well as reaching our to the merchant to request information. You will also identify any potential fraud and money-laundering risks, draft suspicious activity reports for your investigation in line with regulatory expectations.

Job Description
The Role 
Checkout.com is looking for an accomplished Risk professional, experienced in payments and technology, to join the Enterprise Risk Management Department in Dubai. Reporting to the Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for the enterprise risk management function for Checkout.com in the Middle East, as well as supporting the global Checkout.com Group Enterprise Risk function. You will be expected to work collaboratively internally with stakeholders both local and global to ensure that the risk management framework adheres to the regulatory expectations of the CBUAE.
The Enterprise Risk Management department is responsible for setting the risk management strategy globally for Checkout.com. Team members work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing. The department produces management information (MI) reports for relevant regional and global committees and entity boards.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience dealing with regulators and senior management in a payments-focused, banking or other regulated financial institution and act as the senior person responsible for Risk Management for Checkout.com MENA. They will be well-organised, adaptable to the changing demands of the role, and capable of independent and autonomous decision-making to drive Checkout.com&rsquo;s ambitious expansion goals in a fast-paced environment. 
How you&rsquo;ll make an impact:
As the primary point of contact for Risk Management for Checkout.com MENA. You will:<ul><li>
Ensure the company's Enterprise risk management strategy is implemented and is in alignment with the expectations of the CBUAE and other regulators in the region.</li><li>
Coordinate and run the MENA Risk Committee and prepare the risk updates when requested for the board of Checkout.com MENA.</li><li>
Respond to regulator queries as they relate to the risk management in MENA.</li><li>
Work collaboratively across the organisation to support the identification, evaluation and quantification of risks.</li><li>
Be responsible for monitoring MENA&rsquo; risk profile through KRIs, incidents and other risk monitoring tools.</li><li>
Help develop and maintain cross-functional elements of our global risk management framework.</li><li>
Play a key role in strengthening risk awareness and culture at Checkout.com.</li><li>
Assist in maintaining and managing the Business Continuity Plan for Checkout.com MENA.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
10+ years of experience in a Risk function, preferably within a Payments or fintech organisation</li><li>
Experience with enterprise risk frameworks, operational risk management, policies and procedures at financial institutions.</li><li>
Strong stakeholder management skills to work internally with 1LOD Managers and externally with CBUAE/other regional regulators.</li><li>
Knowledge of Middle East regulations, especially for electronic money institutions, and an ability implement them within a FinTech environment.</li><li>
Risk focused and capable of using data analytics to prioritise risks and use effective judgement to decide what measures are required to mitigate, and which risks to escalate.</li><li>
Team player who is reliable when working independently, with sound judgement for when to escalate issues.</li><li>
Familiar with business continuity frameworks.</li><li>
Tech savvy individual with an interest in improving risk management processes and data reporting.</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills in English.</li></ul>
