Our supportive and friendly team environment encourages collaboration and growth, empowering you to reach new heights in your dental career.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work alongside our skilled dentists, assisting during a wide range of dental procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment, upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene.</li></ul><ul><li>Utilize cutting-edge technology to capture digital x-rays and assist in diagnostic imaging.</li></ul><ul><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, helping them maintain optimal dental health.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage inventory and dental material preparation to ensure smooth daily operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and trimming impressions.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle patient records accurately and confidentially in compliance with regulations.</li></ul>Skills We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.</li></ul><ul><li>A positive, team-oriented attitude.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with medical documentation and coding is a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience or interest in Orthodontics/Invisalign is a bonus but not required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of California.</li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience preferred, but motivated and fully licensed newcomers are welcome.</li></ul>Perks We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $39.00, based on experience and skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities for professional development and training in 3D Printing, Oral and IV Sedation, Invisalign, Braces, Implants, and more.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re ready to embark on an enriching career journey with a fun and dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
