This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while delivering exceptional hospitality.Salary: $2.50 + Tips / Our servers normally receive a range between $140 - $300 depending on the day and level of service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and tabs.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies.</li><li>Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of supply needs.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events like banquets or catering functions.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently.</li><li>Strong time management skills to balance multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly.</li><li>Proven customer service excellence with the ability to engage diverse guests positively.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws.</li><li>Experience in retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.</li><li>Familiarity with beverage brewing techniques or the food industry is a plus; hospitality experience is highly valued.
