We are seeking a Domestic Logistics Coordinator to join our team and ensure smooth, on-time order fulfillment. This role is essential in keeping our supply chain running efficiently and supporting both internal teams and customers.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Coordinate and track domestic shipments from initiation to delivery.</li><li>
Prepare accurate shipping documents, labels, and bills of lading.</li><li>
Monitor assigned accounts daily and update order information in the system.</li><li>
Communicate with carriers, brokers, and warehouses to prevent and resolve delays.</li><li>
Send ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) within required timeframes.</li><li>
Proactively track orders, follow up on issues, and escalate late or extended shipments.</li><li>
Invoice orders promptly upon shipment.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with pallet counts, truckload limits, and routing requirements.</li><li>
Maintain timely communication with the sales team and management.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Prior logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination experience.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</li><li>
Proactive problem solver who can work independently and prioritize effectively.</li><li>
Clear and professional communication skills.</li><li>
