<div>We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing affiliate programs, supporting social media marketing efforts, and contributing to account management workflows. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who already understands how affiliate, organic, and social channels operate in practice&mdash;especially within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) environment. Experience coordinating UGC (user-generated content) programs or creator partnerships is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Affiliate &amp; SEO<ul><li>
Manage the day-to-day execution and growth of the affiliate marketing program</li><li>
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, and creators</li><li>
Monitor affiliate performance, tracking, links, promotions, and compliance</li><li>
Identify and pursue new affiliate, content, and partnership opportunities</li><li>
Execute SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates</li><li>
Collaborate with content, e-commerce, and marketing teams to improve organic traffic and conversions</li><li>
Track, analyze, and report on performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, affiliate platforms, and spreadsheets</li><li>
Apply proven affiliate and SEO best practices to improve efficiency and results</li></ul>
Social Media Marketing &amp; UGC<ul><li>
Support social media campaigns by coordinating content needs across platforms</li><li>
Collaborate with creators and UGC contributors, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment</li><li>
Help identify UGC opportunities among customers, partners, influencers, and affiliates</li><li>
Organize, tag, and maintain a library of UGC assets for multi-channel use</li><li>
Assist with community engagement efforts to support brand visibility and performance</li></ul>
Account Management<ul><li>
Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners, agencies, and platforms</li><li>
Respond to partner needs, questions, and promotional requests in a timely manner</li><li>
Support cross-functional communication with brand, e-commerce, and product teams</li><li>
Help ensure all affiliate and partnership deliverables are met and properly executed</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li>
Hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing and/or SEO programs</li><li>
Experience in social media marketing, influencer coordination, or UGC content management</li><li>
Prior exposure to the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred</li><li>
Working knowledge of affiliate marketing models, tracking, and attribution</li><li>
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals including keyword research and on-page optimization</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through</li><li>
Clear communicator able to collaborate cross-functionally</li><li>
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul></div>
