About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a confident and fashion-forward individual to join our Kottayam team. As a Creative Fashion Consultant, you&rsquo;ll be the face of Chela Clothing &mdash; assisting customers in-store and online, creating engaging fashion content, and representing our brand with creativity and style.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and saree draping guidance &mdash; both in-store and via online chats.</li><li>Create engaging fashion content including photoshoots, reels, and styling videos for social media.</li><li>Maintain product displays, ensure visual merchandising standards, and keep the store customer-ready.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing and e-commerce team for product cataloging and content updates.</li><li>Manage inquiries and sales across online platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, and website).</li><li>Build strong customer relationships and ensure a personalized shopping experience.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in saree boutique / fashion retail is a must.</li><li>Comfortable and confident in front/back of camera (for reels, product showcases, etc.)</li><li>Excellent communication skills &mdash; Malayalam &amp; English.</li><li>Passionate about fashion, styling, and social media trends.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Social Media and online customer interactions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Fashion or Retail: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kottayam, Kerala (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
