Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-time Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for children in a nurturing and engaging environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's development while fostering a safe, loving, and stimulating atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about childcare, with the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child. This is a paid position that emphasizes professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm for nurturing young minds.Schedule: 7AM to 7PM or 7AM to 6:30PMResponsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences</li><li>Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and developmental exercises</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning and tidying up after children</li><li>Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle minor health concerns promptly</li><li>Support children's routines such as nap times, diaper changes, potty training, and dressing</li><li>Assist with age-appropriate teaching activities that promote learning and social skills</li><li>Work with children who have special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored caregiving strategies</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles, especially with infants and preschool-aged children</li><li>Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific activities</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred</li><li>Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare responsibilities</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus</li><li>Strong cooking skills for preparing healthy meals and snacks for children</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and children's needs</li></ul>Join us in creating a joyful, safe, and enriching environment where children can thrive!
