Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our social media platforms, engage with our audience, and contribute to the overall online presence of our brand.Duties<ul><li>Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create engaging content tailored for specific audiences, including graphics, videos, and written posts.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement through social listening techniques.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives and branding efforts.</li><li>Support e-commerce strategies by promoting products through targeted social media campaigns.</li><li>Assist in photography and video editing tasks to create compelling visual content.</li><li>Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.</li><li>Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Experience or coursework in public relations, content creation, or branding is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and e-commerce platforms is desirable.</li><li>Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with proofreading capabilities.</li><li>Basic knowledge of web analytics and video editing software is advantageous.</li><li>A passion for photography and creative storytelling through visual mediums.
