Schedule:<ul><li>
FT: 7:00AM-7:00PM</li><li>
PT: 7:00AM-7:00PM, with an every other weekend requirement</li><li>
PRN: weekends 7:00AM - 7:00PM and 7:00PM - 7:00AM</li></ul></li><li>

What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care and follow physician orders for treatments and procedures.</li><li>
Monitor residents&rsquo; conditions, document observations, and report changes or adverse reactions.</li><li>
Prepare, maintain, and update patient charts according to departmental policies.</li><li>
Inspect, test, and ensure proper functioning of all medical equipment before use.</li></ul>
What You'll Need:<ul><li>
High school education</li><li>
Current and valid Massachusetts CRT/RRT licensure</li><li>
Must have at least 5 years of respiratory therapist experience</li><li>
Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills
</li><li>Maintains current CPR certification, including BLS and ACLS</li><li>
Ensures ongoing educational competency in compliance with state and federal regulations</li><li>
Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English</li></ul>
