The Opportunity
Spend your summer making an impact, staying active, and having fun at Chelsea Piers Athletic Club!
We are seeking energetic, engaging, and positive Summer Gymnastics Coaches to join our summer camp team. This is the perfect opportunity for college or high school students on break, aspiring coaches, or anyone who loves working with kids in a high-energy environment.
As a Summer Gymnastics Coach, you&rsquo;ll help create unforgettable camp experiences by leading activities, building skills, and making every child feel confident, supported, and excited to come back each day. If you bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a love for working with kids, this is the role for you.
Schedule: Seasonal, hours vary between 8:45am and 4:00pm during our camp day
Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Lead and assist with gymnastics-based camp activities for children of varying ages and skill levels
</li><li>Create a fun, safe, and high-energy environment where kids can learn and grow
</li><li>Teach foundational gymnastics skills through games, drills, and creative instruction

Who You Are
<ul><li>Experience working with children is a must (coaching, camp, babysitting, teaching, etc.)
</li><li>Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, or a related sport preferred
</li><li>Naturally energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing
</li><li>Comfortable leading groups and keeping kids engaged and motivated
</li><li>A strong communicator who brings a positive and professional attitude
</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up with great energy every day

Chelsea Piers is looking for energetic, engaging, and reliable Gymnastics Class Coaches to bring the fun to our youth programs! This is the perfect opportunity for college students, athletes, or anyone who loves working with kids to spend their days making a real impact.
If you love working with children, staying active, and being part of a supportive team, this is your place.
Schedule: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week; hours vary between weekday evenings and weekend mornings (one weekend day required); availability of daytime summer shifts.
Compensation: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
