Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Selection<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.</li></ul>2. Onboarding &amp; Offboarding<ul><li>Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.</li><li>Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth integration of new hires.</li><li>Manage exit interviews, clearance processes, and final settlements.</li></ul>3. Employee Relations<ul><li>Address employee queries and provide HR support as needed.</li><li>Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.</li><li>Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.</li></ul>4. HR Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/ERP systems.</li><li>Prepare HR letters (experience, salary, NOC, etc.).</li><li>Maintain attendance, leave tracking, and employee database accuracy.</li></ul>5. Performance Management<ul><li>Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.</li><li>Monitor employee KPIs and coordinate evaluations with department heads.</li></ul>6. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.</li><li>Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.</li></ul>7. Payroll &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Coordinate monthly payroll data including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.</li><li>Assist in managing employee benefits such as medical insurance, bonuses, and allowances.</li></ul>8. Compliance &amp; Policies<ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.</li><li>Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee information.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR operations (or as per employer requirements).</li><li>Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Professionalism and confidentiality</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration</li><li>Time management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
