<div>URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVER FOR MAGNOLIA LOCATION - that will provide the following services to a client: 
SCHEULED HOURS:

19.5 HOURS, 5 DAYS A WEEK

MONDAY-FRIDAY 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Basic laundry</li>
<li>Shopping and running errands</li>
<li>Prescription medical management</li>
<li>Help with personal hygiene and care</li>
<li>Assisting with meals and nutrition</li>
<li>Help with mobility</li>
<li>Home maintenance and basic housekeeping</li>
<li>Keeping them company</li>
<li>Reporting and monitoring the patients&rsquo; health changes</li></ul> 


Other Responsibilties may include:
<ul>
<li>Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.</li>
<li>Documentation: Keeping accuarte records of care provided and any changes in the individuals condition.</li>
<li>Safety: Ensuring a safe and comfortable living enviroment.</li></ul></div>
