JUNIOR DATA ANALYST</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
OVERVIEW</b></div><div>
Chemistry is looking for a Junior Data Analyst who understands the digital analytics space. This person will work with the Analytics team to help answer critical business questions in a data-driven manner. The ideal candidate will assist in crafting stories with data and working with our clients to enhance their digital marketing properties in order to meet business KPI&rsquo;s and better understand user behaviors.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Junior Data Analyst is also responsible for identifying the areas of our digital solutions that should have advanced tracking applied in order to produce quantitative information for our clients and support their ROI reporting needs. As a primary Google Partner, the data analyst should have knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. The analyst will produce reports, recommendations, assist in calls with the client and internal teams, and be an important member of our discovery team. Critical to this role will be the ability to marry insights with marketing goals and performance in order to recognize hardships and guide positive optimizations. Your ability to uncover and communicate insights and outcomes will be essential.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</b></div><ul><li>
Help create a data-driven culture by contributing to the adoption of the latest tools and capabilities, through partnership with the strategy, CX and the development team.</li><li>
Implement Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, configuring and customizing the tools appropriately</li><li>
Develop quantitative reports from various data sets using Google Slides/PowerPoint</li><li>
Set up and present dashboards that not only visualize the raw data but provide easy-to-understand and actionable insights for the client. Humanize data into meaningful business conversations and goals.</li><li>
Utilize data to recognize user hardships with a website and work with the CX team to explain through journeys where abandonment or items of concern exist.</li><li>
Ability to thoroughly understand business KPI&rsquo;s and ensure that the digital experiences are delivering measurably against them</li><li>
Leverage analytical tools to understand onsite behavior and conduct pathing analysis to optimize customer experience, e.g. click through rates, golden pathways, conversion analysis, and marketing effectiveness.</li><li>
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, recommend segmentation approaches, and deliver actionable insights to improve customer lifetime value.</li><li>
Help manage GTM and/or event injections with the development team to produce high-end integrations of analytical software.</li></ul><div><b>
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</b></div><ul><li>
1-2 years of experience in data analytics or equivalent position.</li><li>
Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll-up your sleeves.</li><li>
Enthusstic and dedicated approach to connecting with stakeholders to gain an understanding of their needs and translating those into analytical actions.</li><li>
Have excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
Experience with setting up and customizing reports in visualization tools</li><li>
Experience with Firebase is a plus</li><li>
Able to travel when necessary.</li><li>
Have demonstrated ability with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and more.</li><li>
Are a self-starter: can take a big idea or a complex problem, mine data to create insights, and use those insights to establish a point-of-view on the idea / problem.</li><li>
Communicate a story using analytics to influence business stakeholders and co-create calls-to-action with business stakeholders.</li><li>
Desire to learn and continuously stay current with industry trends, technologies, etc.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
