Our US head office is located in Ontario California with service, sales, and product branches in New Jersey and Texas.Job Location: Austin, TXKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Cooperate with customers for the development of next-generation server solutions</li><li>Acting as first RD contact for local customers regarding design requests/tasks and providing customer feedback/solutions daily.</li><li>Work with factory for DFM and related drawing and BOM works if necessary</li><li>Handle production quality issues in customers&rsquo; plants and provide solutions</li><li>Key tasks will involve design based on request and testing, analysis and debugging on a mechanical prototype based on design</li><li>Teamwork or communicate with the members in Taiwan</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.</li><li>2-10 years or above work experience in design and analysis of Sever, Storage, Desktop or related electronics systems is a plus.</li><li>Must have extensive Creo experience for over 1 years.</li><li>Must have an excellent working knowledge of mechanical engineering and design principles with specific expertise in the areas of design for large-scale production, sheet metal, and injection molding, electrical interconnect systems, heat extraction.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must.</li><li>Work authorization: We can sponsor work VISA.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
