Qualifications include:<ul><li>7-15 years of experience litigating business (including commercial and shareholder/LLC member disputes) and/or real estate related cases (including fraud, breach of contract, construction, trespass, nuisance, and environmental).</li><li>Ability to competently drive litigation cases forward while delegating and efficiently utilizing the support of paralegals and legal assistants.</li><li>Must be an Oregon State Bar member in good standing.
