You will be responsible for ensuring that every check-in experience is seamless, secure, and data-driven, managing both the digital platforms and the physical hardware that drive our front-end operations.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Platform Ownership: Manage and optimize automated check-in software, kiosks, and mobile entry applications.</li><li>Hardware Oversight: Ensure all physical touchpoints&mdash;scanners, printers, and tablets are fully operational and integrated.</li><li>Process Engineering: Design and implement streamlined workflows to reduce wait times and improve user experience.</li><li>Data &amp; Reporting: Analyze check-in metrics to identify peak hours and operational bottlenecks.</li><li>Security &amp; Compliance: Ensure all guest data collection complies with privacy regulations and that digital credentials are secure.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 4+ years in Operations Technology, Systems Management, or Hospitality Tech.</li><li>Tech Skills: Proficiency in SaaS management, hardware troubleshooting, and basic network connectivity.</li><li>Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive operational improvements and staff scheduling.</li><li>Service Focus: A dedication to creating frictionless, high-quality user journeys.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: RO3,900.000 per monthWork Location: In person
