Company: Chera Home Junction (By Vaanam Furnishings Pvt Ltd) Location: Sundarapuram, Coimbatore Industry: Retail Experience: 8+ Years (Retail experience Must) Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant degreeKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee and manage the entire accounting operations across multiple store locations.</li><li>Monitor daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, stock adjustments, and expenses.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation of P&amp;L, balance sheet, MIS reports, and financial analyses.</li><li>Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliances, and ensure accurate monthly/annual filings.</li><li>Lead accounts receivable/payable functions and ensure timely vendor settlements.</li><li>Review and approve ledger postings, journal entries, and reconciliations.</li><li>Conduct internal audits, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and management for financial planning.</li><li>Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines.</li><li>Establish strong control systems for cash flow, inventory, and expense management.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong expertise in Tally / ERP and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of retail accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.</li><li>Leadership and team-handling capability.</li><li>Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sundarapuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period?
