<div><p>This is a security position focused on protecting the physical assets of the properties and ensuring the safety of everyone on site. The role involves routine patrols, addressing policy violations, and providing assistance to guests and employees. The guard is also responsible for maintaining detailed incident reports and collaborating with law enforcement and other emergency services when necessary.
</p><p>NOTE: This job is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.</p></div>

</li><li>Greet guests and provide directions and assistance as needed.
</li><li>Provide aid to any guest or employee who may request or require it, including performing CPR and first aid procedures.
</li><li>Detect suspicious activity and behavior and notify leadership.
</li><li>Maintain a good working relationship with local law enforcement agencies and fire and safety departments.
</li><li>Maintain detailed written reports of incidents following policies and procedures.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with age requirements by reviewing guests' identification.</li></ul></div>

</li><li>This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required.

Unarmed Security Guard

<div><p>As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our hotel guests and a key part of their stay. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from handling reservations and check-in/check-out processes to answering guest inquiries and providing information about our resort and local attractions. This role requires a professional and friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every guest.</p></div>
