 As Assistant Manager, you will work alongside our Operations Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional and company goals.
 
 
 
 Our Assistant Manager Will Also
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
 </li>
 <li>
 Photography experience not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations and assist where needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist Operations Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting
 </li>
 <li>
 All other duties as assigned

 <li>
 Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility and willingness to work during &ldquo;peak&rdquo; retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Knowledge, Experience &amp; Skill
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous supervisory/management experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong people management skills and a passion for developing talent
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
