Summary of Responsibilities:
The Online Key Account Manager is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, digital execution, and overall business performance for online retail accounts&mdash;primarily focused on Lowe&rsquo;s.com and other key eCommerce partners. This role will drive sustainable, profitable growth through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic account leadership.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and business acumen, with proven experience navigating complex digital ecosystems and influencing cross-functional teams. They will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the customer, ensuring alignment across product development, marketing, supply chain, and operations to deliver a best-in-class online experience.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership &amp; Account Growth<ul><li>
Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that drive revenue, margin expansion, and long-term online channel growth.</li><li>
Partner with customer leadership to identify growth opportunities and shape joint business plans.</li><li>
Manage P&amp;L responsibility for assigned online accounts, optimizing sales, inventory, and profitability.</li><li>
Serve as a digital thought leader&mdash;driving best practices in online merchandising, content strategy, and digital shelf optimization.</li></ul>
Sales, Analytics &amp; Insights<ul><li>
Analyze POS, digital traffic, conversion, and promotional performance to identify trends and actionable insights.</li><li>
Leverage data analytics tools to evaluate performance, refine tactics, and inform future strategies.</li><li>
Create and deliver regular sales, margin, and KPI performance reports with strategic commentary and recommendations.</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Partner with global business, brand, and eCommerce marketing teams to develop and execute promotional and product strategies that align with both customer and company goals.</li><li>
Collaborate with product development and supply chain teams to ensure new product launches, pricing, and availability meet online customer requirements.</li><li>
Work closely with brand management and product management teams to support a robust digital product roadmap and channel strategy.</li></ul>
Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for online retail accounts, building strong partnerships at all levels of the customer organization.</li><li>
Negotiate and execute joint business plans, promotional programs, and digital marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the customer and internal business units.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>
5&ndash;10 years of experience in eCommerce or retail account management, ideally within big-box or omnichannel environments.</li><li>
Strong understanding of online merchandising, digital marketing, and eCommerce operations.</li><li>
Proven track record of delivering growth and profitability through strategic account management.</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales forecasting, financial management, and performance reporting.</li><li>
Experience with the tools, hardware, or outdoor power equipment industry preferred.</li><li>
Position located in Mooresville, NC.</li></ul>
Travel:
This position requires up to 25% travel; some weekend events; some international.
Work Environment: 
Expected to work in diverse office and professional environments, client locations and trade shows.
