 We are seeking an experienced "Tax Manager" to lead and oversee all tax-related processes, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations. This role will be responsible for managing tax reporting, audits, and strategic tax planning while acting as a trusted partner to the finance and leadership teams. Automotive industry experience is a strong plus.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage all corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and other tax-related obligations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with local tax legislation as well as international accounting standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee tax matters related to importing and exporting business, including customs processes, duties, and international trade taxation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and oversee tax audits, liaising with external auditors and tax authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess potential business impacts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare accurate and timely tax reports and declarations.
 </li>

 Collaborate with finance and legal teams on cross-functional projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on tax-related matters.

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; master&rsquo;s or CPA certification preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 8 years of professional tax experience, ideally within multinational companies; automotive industry experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Turkish tax legislation and international tax frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in tax planning, audits, and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge (SAP preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English is a must.
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities:

 Requirements:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus)

 Minimum
 
 12 years of progressive experience
 
 in accounting, finance, or automotive finance, including solid managerial experience

 Proven track record in leading finance teams and driving strategic financial decisions

 Fluency in English, both written and spoken

 Strong proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Office skills
