 Responsibilities:

 Assist

 Assist the collection of market information, Independently conduct monthly market sales data analysis；including automotive industry policies, monthly sales, brand/model/version sales, macro environment and information of auto industry;

 Lead the collection of competitor information ,,by establishment and maintenance of database (price, volume, version, configuration, parameters), new model launching plan, marketing activities, and sales strategy;
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the product survey among potential customers and public people, analyze the research results;
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize the test drive of this product and competitive product, and supervise and implement the implementation of the general test drive plan.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering, machinery engineering, industry design, automation;
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional experience: more than 5 years of work experience in automobile product area;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through.
 </li>
 <li>
 Language requirement: English as working language

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and execute effectively to pricing, product, promotion and placement of Chery Aftersales Services to increase service retention with profitable growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop marketing campaign strategies with budget setting and monitoring of campaign performance focusing on the return of investment from marketing activities in line with Aftersales Brand Strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Development and management of Additional services, products and strategies to increase service retention and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Considering spare parts, maintenance and after-sales ownership costs, repricing is made according to the brand's Aftersales strategy and shared with the relevant departments. (Spare parts, fleet sales, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead marketing &amp; pricing &amp; sales development of accessories parts for Chery Turkey.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages dealer orders and logistic operations of Accessories.
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure reaching targets of accessory parts sales to dealers. Manage and track improve local accessory suppliers &amp; dealers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generates and develops sales analysis and reports to Aftersales Senior manager periodically to increase sales volumes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arranges General and On-the-job training programs for the dealers to carry out Accessory Operations properly related to the utilization of Chery Policies and Procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating Accessory Catalogues and updates depend on necessities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides and follows an efficient accessory rotation rate, profitability, and the optimum accessory stock level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and manage customer complaints, warranty, and quality of accessories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing and reporting all related businesses.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University Graduate (Industrial engineering or Automotive engineering are preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 3 years&rsquo; work experience in Automotive Business in relevant areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English language
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of Microsoft Office Programs and dealer management systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 B class driver&rsquo;s license
 </li>
 <li>
 No travel restrictions
 </li>
 <li>
 No military obligation for men candidates

 Ability to think analytically
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced communication skills
