<p>
The <b>Assembly Line Lead</b> is responsible for overseeing the daily work activities and monitoring the performance of a group of 10 or more seasonal employees. This role supervises multiple processes within their assigned area, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and quality standards are met in a fast-paced production environment.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Coordinate daily workflow, training, and troubleshooting</p>
</li>
<li><p>Track and review productivity using WMS or other reports to ensure deadlines and goals are met</p>
</li>
<li><p>Provide constructive, timely feedback to team members on performance and productivity</p>
</li>
<li><p>Conduct start-up meetings to align team on expectations and priorities</p>
</li>
<li><p>Assist in updating and documenting process changes and training materials</p>
</li>
<li><p>Foster a respectful team environment through professional communication and motivation</p>
</li>
<li><p>Resolve issues quickly to support team retention and productivity</p>
</li>
<li><p>Perform manual labor and work on the production floor during non-peak times</p>
</li>
<li><p>Adhere to all safety, security, and SQF (Safe Quality Foods) requirements</p>
</li>
<li><p>Perform other duties and support other departments as needed</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Ability to read and follow labels, processes, and instructions</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong basic math skills</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Demands:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Ability to work in cold storage environments (-10&deg;F to 40&deg;F)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionally</p>
</li>
<li><p>Stand and walk for 8&ndash;10 hours; ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb as required</p>
</li>
</ul></div>Requirements:
<div><div><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required</p>
</li>
<li><p>Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to oversee and motivate a team of 10 or more employees</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP knowledge preferred</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong communication skills across all levels (peers, employees, and management)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to read and follow labels, instructions, and processes</p>
</li>
<li><p>Basic math skills</p>
</li>
<li><p>Comfortable working in cold storage environments (-10&deg;F to 40&deg;F)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and 50 lbs. occasionally</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, and climb for 8&ndash;10 hour shifts</p>
</li>
