SUMMARY:

You will have meaningful conversations with our customers that lead to building relationships and providing them with products, services and digital options which best meet their financial needs.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Being friendly and engaging in conversations, connecting with customers and visitors alike</li>
<li>Asking questions to get to know the customer and building relationships</li>
<li>Listening with patience and offering advice that&rsquo;s concise and easy to understand</li>
<li>Knowledge of bank products and services including other lines of business</li>
<li>Connecting customers to digital options which may make banking easier</li>

Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>1 year of Retail, Sales or customer service experience.</li>
<li>6 months of cash handling experience preferred.</li>
<li>1 year of financial institution experience preferred.</li>
<li>Basic Microsoft Office skills</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to lift at least 30 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends as needed or scheduled</li>
<li>Travel may be required for training purposes and/or assisting other locations</li>
<li>Demonstrate a strong aptitude in mathematics and be versatile in the use of computer applications and programs.</li>
<li>Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.</li>
<li>Effective sales and cross-selling skills.</li>
<li>Good analytical and organizational skills.</li>
