<div><p>We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer Project Engineer/Manager with 6 to 12 years of responsible experience in site design related to commercial, residential, institutional, retail and educational land developments.</p>

<ul><li>Site Layout</li>
<li>Grading</li>
<li>Utility</li>
<li>Sanitary Sewer</li>
<li>Stormwater Management</li>
<li>Erosion and Sedimentation Control design permitting</li>
<li>Project Management</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h5>
<ul><li>Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering</li>
<li>PE registration required</li>
<li>6 to 12 years of responsible experience in Site Development work [preferably in Pennsylvania]</li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>
