Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Handler to manage and grow our brand&rsquo;s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and posting engaging content across multiple social media platforms, monitoring performance, and building a strong online community.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.</li><li>Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up to date with best practices.</li><li>Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing/design team to ensure brand consistency.</li><li>Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive reach and conversions.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions).</li><li>Suggest new ideas, promotions, and campaigns to improve brand visibility and sales.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Handler, or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.</li><li>Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).</li><li>Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Salary: Based on skills and experienceCall US: 8805358652Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
