Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Planning &amp; Operations<ul><li>Develop and execute supply plans aligned with sales forecasts for General Trade</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor daily dispatches and depot replenishments</li></ul>Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain optimal inventory levels across factories, depots, and distributors</li></ul><ul><li>Control slow-moving and non-moving inventory, especially short shelf-life SKUs</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance for food and snack products</li></ul>Distributor &amp; Depot Coordination<ul><li>Manage supply chain operations across GT distributors and C&amp;F locations</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure high fill rates and timely order fulfillment</li></ul><ul><li>Resolve supply-related issues faced by distributors and sales teams</li></ul>Procurement &amp; Production Coordination<ul><li>Plan raw material and packaging material requirements with procurement</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate production schedules based on demand and inventory norms</li></ul><ul><li>Minimize stock-outs and excess production</li></ul>Process &amp; Cost Optimization<ul><li>Identify opportunities to reduce logistics, warehousing, and inventory holding costs</li></ul><ul><li>Improve supply chain efficiency through process improvements</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Systems<ul><li>Track and analyze KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turns, aging, and service levels</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare regular MIS reports for management</li></ul><ul><li>Work with ERP/SAP or other supply chain systems</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management</li></ul><ul><li>Strong experience in General Trade (GT)</li></ul><ul><li>FMCG background is mandatory (Food / Snacks preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Sound understanding of distribution-led supply chains</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills</li></ul><ul><li>Experience handling multiple SKUs and short shelf-life products</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Excel; ERP/SAP experience preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
