 Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join a dynamic Human Capital Advisory team based onsite in Riyadh. This role focuses on designing and delivering tailored HR and rewards solutions that strengthen organisations&rsquo; talent and reward strategies. The position offers exposure to senior executives and decision-makers across the region and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact consulting engagements that shape workforce and business performance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and deliver customised HR and total rewards solutions, including job design, grading structures, pay benchmarking, executive compensation, and incentive frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, including HR leadership and board members
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead multiple consulting projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Build trusted relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and insight
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and support junior consultants to strengthen the team&rsquo;s capability and expertise
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive business development initiatives from proposal writing to client presentations and identify cross-functional opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights on market practices and regional reward trends
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Skills
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, HR, or a related field from a recognised university
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in human capital or rewards consulting, with exposure to executive compensation, long-term incentive design, or large-scale HR transformation projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong report writing and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in facilitating client workshops and training sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven project management experience and able to lead projects independently while ensuring quality and profitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident in influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in business development and market networking
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative team player with commercial awareness
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English, with Arabic an advantage
 </li>
