The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic background and a passion for creating visually appealing 2D assets. You will work closely with designers, developers, and animators to produce high-quality artwork for various projects, including games, apps, and digital media.Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and produce 2D characters,Environments,User Interface,Backgrounds,and Props.</li><li>Generate concept sketches and illustrations based on project requirements.</li><li>Work with other team members, including developers and designers, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.</li><li>Understanding of various image formats and Ensuring that art assets are optimized for various platforms, including mobile, web, and desktop.</li><li>Maintain and develop the visual style of the project, ensuring consistency across all assets.</li><li>Revise and improve artwork based on feedback from clients and team members.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or related field</li><li>Must hold minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.</li><li>Proven experience in 2D art and animation.</li><li>Experience in the gaming industry or app development.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma and other relevant design software.</li><li>Familiarity with AI Image generators like Midjourney, Leonardo.ai or Stable Diffusion.</li><li>Familiarity with Frame by Frame animations for characters, objects, and effects.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing your 2D art and animation work.</li><li>Strong creative vision and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Knowledge of UI/UX design principles specific to Game Design.</li><li>Familiarity with 3D art softwares like Blender, ZBrush and Maya is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;500,000.00 - &#8377;900,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
